Club member Suzanne Bushnell was installed as the new President of the Garden Club Federation of Maine at their annual Convention on June 18th in Kennebunkport.  She will serve a two year term through June 2017.  Her remarks highlighted her theme of Growing Together – Inspiring Change.  She encouraged those in attendance to collaborate with others on joint projects of interest to both partners.  She also challenged members to think “outside the box” when developing projects to encourage not only new and younger members to join their club, but also to energize those members they already have!
